About Collective

Tuesday, October 9, 2012, we announced the acquisition of Collective Brands, Inc. by Golden Gate Capital and Blum Capital was completed.  As a result, Payless ShoeSource and Collective Licensing International will now operate as a private, standalone entity to be known as Payless Holdings. We will be updating our corporate site over the next few months to reflect our new company.
