Brian leads store development and real estate activity across all of Collective Brands' retail concepts. His team is responsible for the full lifecycle of the stores, including market planning, site selection, leasing, construction and ongoing maintenance. Brian joined the company in 2007 as Vice President of Operations Support for Payless.
