Doug oversees all financial matters of Collective Brands in its drive to build shareholder value. He joined in 1997 and has held various positions of increasing responsibility in the finance department. His current responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, treasury, accounting, taxes, enterprise risk management, loss prevention, field audit, internal audit and continuous improvement.
