As the strategic business partner for the 27,000-associate Payless ShoeSource chain, Ed has full accountability for Human Resources of that business unit, partnering with the retail operations, merchandising and marketing functions. Ed joined Payless in 2006 and previously served as Vice President of Corporate Human Resources, where he was responsible for Compensation, Benefits, Staffing and Recruitment, Organizational Development and Learning and Development.
