Since joining the firm as a Field Auditor in 1993, Phil has held increasingly responsible positions in Finance, Retail Operations and Merchandising.  In his current role, Phil oversees seasonal and annual sales, margin and inventory planning for the entire Payless chain and leads ongoing expansion of the Payless franchise business around the world.
