Bob is responsible for sales and profitability for the Payless ShoeSource Men’s, Kids’ and Athletics divisions. He is responsible for managing assortment planning, product development, sales and inventory. Bob leads the merchandising team in making decisions about on-trend, targeted product that helps Payless extend its vision of democratizing fashion and design throughout the world. He joined Payless in 2006 as a Divisional Merchandising Manager for Latin America, bringing 23 years of experience in department store management, product development and brand building.
