Vincent leads the global creative marketing strategy and execution for Payless, directing the Payless Marketing team to build and execute effective brand marketing programs that reach consumers worldwide. Under his leadership, the Payless marketing team delivers strategic marketing campaigns that connect with consumers through a broad, integrated approach utilizing traditional channels, including television, print, in-store and online as well as emerging channels such as direct mail, social media, mobile and digital marketing.  Vincent joined Payless in 2008.
