Marc Vitelli

Director of Product Design and Brand Manager for
Sims & Lamar, Collective Licensing (CLI)

Marc Vitelli is a footwear guy, a snowboarder and a skater. With a degree in industrial design, he started his career designing athletic footwear, then joined Airwalk, which later evolved into Collective Licensing. He’s still involved in product design, but these days, he spends more time managing the Sims and Lamar brands; marketing, branding, team, advertising, promotions and cause. An understanding of the youth-oriented action sport consumer is key for potential CLI candidates, he says. Participation in skateboarding, snowboarding or surfing makes you even stronger. "Our deep knowledge of the consumer is what gives us a competitive edge," he says.

“This is a rad place to work. It’s a results-driven, healthy environment. There’s an opportunity to grow here for sure. We may be a small shop, but if you look at the number of brands we have going, the potential is definitely here.”
